Browsers


HTML5 design built with Flexitive looks great across all browsers and devices, but Flexitive uses cutting-edge web technology. Because of this, it is best to use Google Chrome to log in, and ensure you have Chrome's auto-update turned on.


When submitting a ticket to the Flexitive Support team, you may be asked to provide the Browser and Browser Version that you are having trouble with. Below, we have instructions on finding your Browser Version for Chrome, Safari, Internet Explorer, and Firefox.


Google Chrome

  1. Open Google Chrome on your computer.
  2. In the top right, click the Chrome menu Chrome menu .
  3. Click Help > About Google Chrome.

Safari
  1. Open Safari on your computer.
  2. On the top Menu bar, in the upper left corner, click 'Safari'.
  3. Click About Safari

Internet Explorer
  1. Open Internet Explorer on your computer.
  2. On the top Menu bar, in the top right corner, click the Tools icon.
  3. Click About Internet Explorer


Firefox

  1. Open Firefox.
  2. On the top Menu bar, in the top right corner, click the Firefox Menu.
  3. Click Help
  4. Click About Firefox

Operating System

When you contact the Flexitive Support team, you may be asked to provide the Operating System that you are using, as well as the Operating System Version. For more information on finding the Operating System Version for your computer, please follow the links below:



Desktop App


To see the current version of your Flexitive Desktop App, open the Desktop App and from the top menu bar of your desktop screen select Flexitive Design Cloud, then About Flexitive Design Cloud.
