Opening an Incognito Window in Google Chrome will open a browser window that does not have any information that was cached in previous sessions of Google Chrome saved. It will also turn off the Chrome extensions that are active on your Chrome Browser. This makes Incognito Mode an excellent tool for troubleshooting errors that you receive in Flexitive, as it gives you a 'blank slate' to test on.

If you submit a support request, a member of the Flexitive Support Team may ask you to try opening an Incognito Window to test. For more information on how to open an incognito window, check out Google's support article on Incognito Windows.
