Once you've created Automated Variations based on a data feed, you may need to edit the text in one of the generated variations.


Changing properties of your text, such as the font, the font size, the color, or text alignment, can be done from the 'Dynamic Design Text' settings panel.



Editing Text Copy in Automated Variations


If you want to make a change to the text copy in a specific automated variation, you can do so by toggling the 'Dynamic Design Text' setting OFF for the text you would like to edit. This will turn the text content back into a standard text element.


To turn Dynamic Design Text OFF so you can edit an automated variations, follow these steps:

  1. Select the Dynamic Design Text element you would like to edit.
  2. Open the 'Dynamic Design Text Settings' panel on the left hand side of the editor, and scroll to the bottom of the panel.
  3. Toggle the 'Dynamic Design Text' OFF.
