When you upload a feed to Flexitive for use in Automated Variations, during the upload process a snapshot is taken of the feed and stored in Flexitive. This means that after uploading a feed to Flexitive, changes you make to the file that you uploaded are not reflected unless you either:

  • Reupload the file to Flexitive; or
  • Refresh the URL for the feed

In addition to changing the content in a feed, you can also change a feed's name, and delete a feed.

Editing a Feed Uploaded via a Local File

If your feed was uploaded to Flexitive using a local file from your computer, you can:

  • Upload a New File- Uploading a new file will overwrite the file you uploaded previously as a data feed.

If the feed you've uploaded a new file for is in use in a design, the changes will be applied to those designs by re-entering and re-saving them.
